Sushi Bay!

I love sushi train.

Just seeing that conveyor belt slowly loop around the room, carrying hundreds of delectable dishes before my eyes is a treat in itself, and the food itself is another thing entirely. I've always been a frequent visitor to Sushi Bay on my visits to Castle Towers, and their lobster salad, lion king and soft-shell crab are nothing short of mouth-watering.

As such, it was to my great surprise when I discovered that Sushi Bay had opened up in Carlingford, only a stone's throw away from my own home. Having now visited it nearly two dozen times since its opening, it's safe to say that they maintain Sushi Bay's high standards of quality food. I highly recommend this 'restaurant' to anyone in the Carlingford area who enjoys sushi or wants to try something new.
